Return policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products.
However, should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one.
Please follow these few reasonable and easy guidelines:

EASY RETURN AND EXCHANGE

STEP ONE:
You must request a return within thirty (30) days of delivery. Simply send us an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will then promptly email you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, as well as a return label/packing list (2 copies) and a return address. Please note that we cannot accept packages marked "Return to sender." All customers must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning a product. Returned products without a return authorization number will not be accepted. We cannot exchange products for anything other than the originally purchased product.
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RA number issuance.
We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

STEP TWO:
Once you receive a RMA number, please package your return and affix one copy of the return label/packing list provided on the outside of the return package. Please put the second copy of the return label/packing list inside the package before sealing.
Please note that we will not be able to offer a refund on partially returned orders, so please make sure that everything is there.
You must return the additional products in unopened, untampered-with condition. The items must be returned in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

STEP THREE:
Please ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss, such as UPS or USPS Insured Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation. products to us, We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

CREDIT
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.
An email will be sent to confirm the receipt and processing of your return request.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You have 30 days to return any unopened product for an immediate refund of your purchase price (less shipping & handling).
Return shipping fees are not refundable. All return shipping charges must be prepaid, as well as Custom Duties and Taxes (if any). We cannot accept COD deliveries.
