Absolutely. You have 30 days to return any unopen msp.ws product for an immediate refund of your purchase price (less shipping & handling).

 

 
ORDERING

How do I purchase from msp.ws

There are four ways to make purchases:

Online: Add item(s) to your shopping cart and just follow the checkout process.
By Fax: Print the MSP Online Store order payment page in checkout. Submit orders any time to 305.381-9633. We process orders during our
regular business hours (9.00am-5:00pm, Eastern Time, Monday thru Friday, Except holidays).
Over the Phone: Call Customer Support - USA 305.381.9629 or Outside USA 001.305.381.9629.
Mail: Print the MSP Online Store order confirmation page in checkout. Include your check or money order (we do not accept cash), or fill out your credit card information and mail to: Multi Sales & Products; ATTN: Orders; 120 NW 25 Street, Suite 301; Miami, FL 33127.
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your payment and process your order.

Shop Online in two (2) easy steps:

STEP ONE:
Click "Add to Cart" to place the product(s) you have selected into your shopping cart.

STEP TWO:
When you've completed shopping, click the "Continue Checkout" button, which is found on each page. Then, simply follow the instructions
to checkout and complete your order. Please note that you may change the contents or edit the quantities of items in your shopping cart until you
click "Submit Order." After clicking "Submit Order" your order will be processed.
After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. You will also receive a
confirmation email shortly after you place your order. This will contain all the details about this order. You will also receive another email from us
once your order has shipped.
SHOPPING CART
Click "Shopping cart" to display the quantities of the items you have placed in your shopping cart and the total cost of your purchase. You may also
remove or make changes to your purchase.
REMOVING ITEMS FROM YOUR CART
If you wish to remove an item in your Shopping Cart, simply go to "Shopping Cart" and select the "Remove" link near the product name. The item
will be removed from your shopping cart.

 

Order cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.

Some reasons are:
* Item(s) not available.
* Difficulty in processing payment information.
* Cannot ship to the address provided.
* A duplicate order was placed.
* Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.

What are my payment options?

We currently accept the following payment methods (USD):
  • Paypal (No need to have a Paypal account):

Important Information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order
that does not match these criteria.
Prepaid Credit/Debit Cards:
If you are using any form of a prepaid credit/debit card, please be aware that we are unable to issue refunds to prepaid credit/debit cards.
Check or Money Orders:
If you wish to pay by check or money order, please send your order and payment to the address below.
Note: Be sure to include shipping and handling fees and Florida Sales Tax of 7.00% if applicable. Check or Money Orders sent with no S&H or Florida Sales tax (if applicable) will be returned.

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: Florida.

Can I place an APO or FPO order?

Most items may be shipped to Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply.Orders being sent to Military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

 

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. Currently, MSP Online Store ships to most places UPS and US Mail delivers. To place an order for international delivery, add products to shopping cart as you normally would and select an international shipping option.

SHIPPING

Out of stock/Backordered items?

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, it will be noted on your packing slip.

Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available.

 

How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number for the order and the delivery carrier's URL. To review the status of your order, select the link to the carrier's website and follow directions to enter your tracking number.

You can also sign in to your msponlinestore.com account to find order details including shipping dates and tracking numbers. Enter your email address and password and select the "order status" button to view your order history. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.

What happens if I don’t get my order when I expected to receive it?

Most USA and Outside USA orders are received within 3-4 business days from the time they ship. There can be exceptions due to unexpected weather conditions or other unforeseen events.

We ask that you allow up to a total of 7 days for delivery from the time you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you still haven't received your order, we'll help track it down and make sure that you get your order as quickly as possible. What if I don’t get an order/shipping confirmation?

Check your SPAM folder. Sometimes MSP Online Store emails are blocked by your Internet Service Provider's filter (ISP). How do I know if my order shipped?

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirming the details of the shipment. This email will contain tracking information so you can track your package online at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html if through UPS or by other means if another shipper was used.

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email a shipping confirmation. The email address you provide is the one we use for any order updates.

What are my shipping options? How much does shipping cost?

We offer:

USA orders (all 50 states)
* Standard Shipping – FREE on orders over $2,000
* Standard Shipping – $99.00 on orders under $2,000
* UPS – second day shipping - $149.00
* UPS – next day shipping - $199.00

Outside USA orders
* United States Postal Service (USPS) International - $249.00
We use USPS Priority Mail, which means you will receive your package in 10-14 working days.
The package has Delivery Confirmation and we are notified when you receive your package.

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

For orders shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS), you can expect delivery in:

  • 5-7 business days for USPS Standard Shipping to the USA (48 Continental States)
  • 2-3 business days for UPS 2nd Day Shipping to the USA (48 Continental States)
  • 1 business day for UPS Next Day Shipping to the USA (48 Continental States)
  • 7-10 business days for USPS Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawai, APO/FPO, US Territories and Canada
  • 10-14 business days for International Orders outside the USA
 

How will I know that my order went through?

When your order has been successfully submitted, you will immediately see a "Thank You" page that provides you with your order confirmation number.

You will also receive a confirmation email shortly after you place your order. This will contain all the details about this order. You will also receive another email from us once your order has shipped.
